One more interesting tidbit from the earnings call was mention of more future acquisitions.
I think that SBD is going try to acquire more USA tool makers, likely former Craftsman tool makers who have a history of being able to produce good tools at Craftsman pricing.
They did identify the Waterloo factory as a "dedicated Craftsman manufacturing facility".
The one thing that they have not discussed that I am eager to hear about is whether or not they intend to resurrect the Craftsman Professional line (or something like it). For a company that likes to rebrand as much as SBD does, why wouldn't they rebrand Proto, Facom, Lennox, and DeWalt tools under a Craftsman Professional banner? Maybe the price point will be too high to generate sufficient sales from typical Craftsman (prosumer) customers, but I would probably be first in line.
