From their description it sounds like they check torque and that's it. Note that it is for the QO plug on neutral version only.
And if it weren't for those stupid AFCI and GFCI requirements, there wouldn't be any reason for the plug on neutral. I can only think of one QO panel I've installed, an outdoor load center. If it's plug on neutral, it's on the list. I don't remember if it was or not. It's either a QO1816M200FTRB and I'm ok, or it's a QO1816M200PFTRB and I have to call Schneider. Fingers crossed, I donwanna mess with it.

I installed a 200a SquareD panel when I built my house.
Was adding more circuits, turned the main breaker off, and...heard music coming from the boom box upstairs. It was not a battery powered radio!
Turned out that one buss remained powered with the main breaker off.
Called their support line and they offered to send me a new one. Needed it pronto so I bought one myself and they sent me a check.

I have to double check but I think mine is on that list. It would be nice if they said what is needed to be done. If it is as simple as checking torque I can do that myself.

How is SQ D going to replace all those panels when you can't even get breakers without going from store to store or supply house? No way they can supply 1.4 million panels right now

Who said they were replacing panels? This is about a loose screw. Many of us have one and function fine. Just need a bit of torque.

My 100 amp is on the list. I am disabled and retired taking care of my 94 year old father with Alzheimer's and dementia. I really do not need this now!

Has anyone spoken to Schneider about the fix?

Saw on their FAQ that issue could cause too much or too little voltage in circuit and don't want to keep running any of my machines on the Q0 panel till its "fixed".

It's not the end of the world and the sky isn't even falling. It appears to me that the neutral lug may not have been properly torqued at the factory. Just call Square D and let them take care of the rest.

Just curious if anyone has been able to make progress with Schneider. Was told 3-5 business days to get instructions sent to my electrician but 10 business days later, nothing yet.

Does Schneider Electric just expect people with these panels to not use any electricity for weeks or months until they send an electrician out to the fix the panel? It might be faster to replace the panel if you can find a new one.

Thanks for sharing.

All the details of the fix will be interesting. If it is a loose screw, personally I check all the accessible ones on install. Sure not a torque wrench but I would think if they are loose the electrician may have already remedy it giving it a once over during initial install?
