I'm planning to construct a tool cabinet to hold carpentry power tools and accessories. The interior space of the doors will be used to store drill and router bits, levels, blades etc. I want to use some extra HD hinges for the doors (32 x 80 inches) that work smoothly but can support lots of weight. I thought ball hinges would be the way to go for this so I'm looking for good sources for these or options that would be better suited for this type of use.

Check your local ornamental iron supply place or PM Jack Olsen on here. He posted an online source for ornamental iron. I've used them on heavy ornamental iron gates and they have no problem with weight.

Just regular heavy duty hinges, bolted on. I move it from job site to job site to the shop quite a bit, works great after 10 or so years.
