6 mil 35-40gal is a true contractor bag. I'm a contractor and if I the brand I buy by the pallet runs out I send my guys to Costco or Sams. Anymore than 35-40 gal and it weighs too much and less then 6 mil is too thin and blows out.

I get mine at Sam's Club, but I don't remember the brand (I need to get more or I'd go out into the garage and get the brand name for you). With the amount you go through I'd try to find someplace where you can get a bulk discount on them (like a cleaning supply house or something).

It really depends on the plastic. I go through a little over a pallet a month. That is about 10 cases a day. The bags we use can weigh up to 50 lbs. They also have all sorts of strange things in them, that are not placed there by the person picking up the bag. They are also .9 mil, but are very high quality.
If you are going through that many bags, you could try Unisource. They will find the bag that fits your needs.
