The Local Snap on guy has a used Modis updated to 12.2 for Sale. Since a Vantage Pro goes for close to a grand used these days (usually) l figured a 4 channel with the scan tool as a bonus for a $ 1 ooo doesn't seem too bad . Comes with the cables, Keys , etc. , and the domestic and Asian software.
Anyway , l know nothing about this tool . First, is the scope basically a Vantage Pro, with all the features the VP had, especially the 'ignition features, and Zoom? Is it an actual scope or a graphing multi- meter like the Vantage Pro? Is the scan tool basically like the Solus Pro? Overall , is it a good , reliable Scan tool?
The shop l work at has the new Vantage Ultra but l am Very annoyed by the Lack of the secondary ignition features and Zoom . Another 2 channels would be nice too, as would the rpm pickup.
