school related question (MECHANIC)

ok i have a question, as of right now im going to school using the post 9/11 GI BILL and right now im going in for heavy diesel mechanic so my question is should i just keep using the GI BILL once im done in diesel and continue in auto mechanic with high performance or just finish diesel and call it a day? thanks and hope to see some good inputs...

well in virginia theres all kind of heavy equipment work, contractor job working for the army or the navy and also we have a shipyard, plus my girlfriends dad works at a asphalt company. im just trying to use all my GI BILL instead of having it just sit there so thats why i asked if it be a good idea to just stay in the school and go for auto with high performance

I didn't use a dime of my GI Bill money:(, since your in the school mode use it all.:)

Take some business and math classes also.


well right now its and associate in occupational science-heavy diesel vehicle technology with service management, dont know is thats the same as business but i think it is. but yeap i think i might as well just keep going then...

There is never anything wrong with being more educated... if you see value in it do it.

I take advantage of the tutition reimbursment of every company I have ever had regardless if I need the classes or not, I look at it, that it's money that is free and sitting there and I can use it, so why not.

Two things people can never take from you: Education and experience.

The more you know the better, never let anyone tell you otherwise.

But that's my two cents.
