This is a Schrader tool in a military looking pouch, measures six pounds. I have no idea what it is for.

Possibly a low pressure pressure gauge.

Military pouch would have some ID stenciled on to it.

Definitely some kind of pressure gauge. How high does the gauge go? My 1942 Farmall tractor uses 13 psi in the large rear tires.
