Schultz blunt needle nose pliers??

As usual, the Sig O found an unidentifiable and interesting tool. This small pliers is tight and smooth operating. There is a name on the inside of one of the handles which appears to be "Shultz" preceded by a letter. There are some initials punched into the other handle but they are too indistinct to read.

Anyone have any clues?
