Schulz Air Compressors, anyone own one?

I dug up some old threads, it seemed they weren't to popular during those. The threads were several years old. I was wondering if thye have gained in popularity since.

Here is the one I am looking at:

I wonder what the 20cfm displacement correlates to in terms of working cfm?

I'm guessing it is closer to 17 cfm at 175 psi.

Why don't you just call Shulz with your questuon. They are in North Carolina. They seem to have a distributor called ISC Sales that invites application questions . I think CFM is an application question. One if them should be able to help you.

I called the main office in GA. They referred me to their technician who is also a dealer. He said they put out about 15cfm. The 20 looks good on paper, but it is not a real world number which makes this less appealing.

I'm glad you got your question answered. Sometimes it is hard to get enough info. when you are interested in a product.

When I first saw your post asking for info about Shulz, I had to resist the teptatatin to post a picture of Sgt Shultz with his famous "I know nothing".

That's the brand of my very first air compressor (long long time ago). Schulz is a respectable company, designs and manufactures its own products.
