Deal is DEAD (Was for 2/5/13)

Amazon daily deal for today; price is $25.25. Price tracking history shows this is normally around $32 so not nearly the discount they're claiming but still, $25 shipped for a name brand battery charger is pretty decent. Reviews are great. Unless it sells out these daily deal prices expire at midnight pacific time.

Sold out while I was reading the reviews. Damn. I need something to keep my infrequently-driven GTO's battery healthy.

Why do they put 50 amp clamps on a 6 amp charger? Is that like saying an aftermarket carb is good for "up to" 1200 hp? :D

If you are just maintaining a charged battery, a more efficient model like the battery tender would probably be best.

I guess I have better luck, my boats sit all over winter without chargers and the batteries are always fine 6 months later. I have cars and miscellaneous equipment that sits without issue too!

I've got this and it works well but the internal cooling fan is shot. Oh well, still does the job.

I have the manual version of this charger I picked up a few years back. It is nice to have a real charger when one is needed instead of trying to use a trickle charger.

The right tool for the job makes all of the difference. For the price, this can't be beat.
