Hi Yall,
I am ready to build my dream shop/garage. Right now I am planning on a stick framed 30x40x12' with shingled roof and vinyl sided (HOA restrictions). I was planning on bringing the foundation brick up a couple of feet to keep the vinyl siding off the ground. I plan on having 2x garage doors and installing a clear floor 12' tall vehicle lift.
If you guys have done a similar project and have suggestions please feel free to contact me. Right now I am still in the requirements gathering stage so all ideas are welcome.
