Go out to the American Fan Collectors forum, www.afcaforum.com. Registration is free if you want to post anything. Your fan looks like it will be in the Post-1950 section.

Those guys will be all over this for you in no time flat. You can also search and see what info may already be posted out there without registering if I remember correctly.

So i take it for 60 bucks this is a pretty nice fan? Lol. 24" blade. 27x31 inch case

I'm not the right guy to answer that one. I found the site for more info on an early '50's GE Twin Ventilator I'm restoring.

If I had to pick a number out of the air I'd guess $20-$40 but let the fan gurus answer that one for you. Just like GJ'ers, there are always folks asking what to pay for something/what something is worth. Vintage fan collecting is not a high-dollar hobby from what I can tell.
