So I’m about to buy a scissor hoist but there are two types of designs
There are the ones with rollers on the beams
Then there is the type that has a slide rail system
I understand that the roller one is portable
And the sliding type can be bolted to the ground.
It’s just there is over a $1000 difference between the two.
I really only want the one that is going to be the best to do any job from wheel removal to engine drops
Will the roller system be too unstable for that type of work ?
