Hey everyone, hoping someone might be able to help with this (waiting to hear back from the company too).

Got my mid rise lift unpacked yesterday and for the life of me I can’t figure out how the electrician connector from the lift is suppose to connect to the console. There is a white connector coming out from the lift and then 2 sets of wires coming out from the console. IMG_2318.jpegIMG_2319.jpegIMG_2320.jpeg
I don’t see how these connect at all. Perhaps something is missing? No idea. Anyone see anything like this before?

There’s also a clear hose coming out from the lift into a T. A separate piece of clear hose was included that I’m guessing also runs to the console?

Those blue/red plugs look like male/female bullet plugs?
Yes they do. But those are both coming out of the terminal. Don’t see why two long cables coming out of the terminal would connect to each other? And even if they are suppose to, then what does the white connector coming from the lift connect to?

Looks to me like you're missing an adapter harness. This is the risk you take (and I took) when ordering directly from a Chinese vender. I make take a little creativity to get it working correctly, but this is nothing insurmountable.
It looks like the multipin connector has red, black, and blue wires from 3 different cables. Is that right? All 6 pins are populated in the connector, I think.
What do the 6 wires go to?
They seem too big to be control circuit cables, but not big enough to be motor pump conductors.

Yes that’s I thought was the issue too. Good to hear you overcame it haha. There are 6 wires going into it- two cables split into red/blue and one cable split into black/blue. They are all coming out from the lift so I can’t see where they are terminating.

The bullet connectors are coming from the terminal.

The last set coming from the terminal are bare copper seem to clearly be for power, but no ground.

This is why a good relationship with your dealer is important. The local dealer should either be able to answer any questions about the product or put you in touch with those who can.

Did you get this figured out? I just posted the same since I didn't find someone with the exact same problem. I searched before you posted though. Here is my link. Same lift but the vendor says they can't provide wiring info as they are not licensed electricians.

My lift does not have that connector. It looks like you got the wrong terminal on that end. There are 6 wires total. Check my picture. I think it is for the locking mechanism on the lift.

Okay I see. This is the unit they sent me originally. This is not the correct unit for the 110v lift I ordered, which is why I was all messed up. They did cut the ground on mine too though. I have no idea why they cut the ground off. They did the same on mine. For 220v they are both hots (red and blue) so those need to make it back to your breaker. The green usually goes to a neutral/ground bar inside your breaker, but obviously that's not currently possible since they snipped it. I'm not sure how important having a ground is with a 220v outlet. Someone more qualified I'm sure can answer that and maybe has some idea why they cut it off?

Something to note, the correct 110v unit they sent out to me does have a ground going out and is not cut off.

Hopefully someone can tell me. I'd assume it needs the ground.
In general a 220v device does not require a neutral. If it only requires 220v then you only need the two hours. If the device needs both 110v and 220v then it would need the neutral. I would assume since they cut the neutral off that their device doesn’t require it lol.

No neutral. It doesn't have any 120v stuff in it but I think the lock mechanism works on 24V. But there is a transformer or something to reduce that. But should it be grounded somehow? And if so, how?

Again, not an expert, but from what I know a ground is ideal but not required. I know of heaters that are wired with just two hots. I have no idea why they would just choose this over just having the ground though.

Neutral and ground are different. You don't need a neutral, but missing a ground is dangerous. If there is a short to the frame of the lift, it will be hot until you touch it and make the ground connection. It is critical

Resurrecting this thread. I purchased the ASL-9022 full-rise scissor lift.

I amazingly got it all hooked up but can’t figure out how to bleed it. The manual references two levers and bleeder screws but neither seem to be present on the unit.

Anyone ever figure out how to properly bleed it?
