Scissor trusses gable end framing

Hi guys , does anyone have any pictures or explanations on balloon framing my gable end on my garage build ? 6/12 out and 3/12 interior slope . Do I just build the wall from
Slab to the truss following the 3/12? Do I build it with 1 top plate and two top plates .
