scissor trusses

I am about to finalize my design on a 36 x 56 x 14 pole barn. I was going to go with conventional 4:12 trusses but when talking to the owner at DIY he suggested a scissor truss when i told him i was thinking of doing a loft in some areas. The approval for the building is at 20ft roof heigh but as is now it would build out at 20'6" which they are actually okay with. DIY said they could do the trusses however i want, could even be 3.82:12 or any number i could think of they would do. If it went 4:12 outside and say 1:12 inside would that even be worth it? Should I do say maybe 3.5:12 outside with a raised heel for insulation? I am thinking i want the ceiling to be drywall if that makes any difference. I'm not sure how close together inside and outside they will do on a 36' span.

thanks

I got the drawings for the trusses. they went with the 4/12 outside and 2/12 inside as you said. stepped up to 2x8 on top chord and increased the load numbers on the bottom chord to account for drywall if i do go that route. Total was about $750 more than a standard 4/12 truss with a lower rating on the bottom chord. so about $50 more per truss. I figured that if insulation depth became an issue i could build out the lower chord a little more.
