Scissor Type Lift?

Getting ready for a new shop. I had a friend years ago that had an electric powered hydraulic scissor type lift. I remember it worked fine to lift a car to work around the outside and much of the underneath could be reached. I am going to use this only with my two Model A's and a max weight of about 2,500 lbs. Any experience with this type of lift and/or know of a lift for me to look into?

This from Greg smith equipment has done a great job for me. Atlas 7,000
change out Front wheel drive ******, or rear wheel drive shaft universals very easily

The pictures are like the one I saw, but a lot more beefy than the one I used. I will look up both brands mentioned.

Hopefully they are less expensive than two or four column lifts.

Just about every big lift company has scissors models. It's a thing both Snap-On and Harbor Freight sell. Some are twin sets so you can have easy access in the center of the car. Some have arms up there. Some are midrise and some are full height.
