Latest updates: TV, flush mounted LED lights, and color changing LED strips around the workbench/cabinets.

I bought a new tv for the bedroom (just so that I could snag the old one for the garage). Don't tell the wife. ;-) With a FireStick and Chromecast I have access to just about anything I could need in the garage.

I found these 4" flush mounted LED panels that worked perfectly around the perimeter and down the middle of the garage. I wanted something that would fill in the darker areas left by the main lights but could also function on their own when I didn't need ALL of the light. I like them because they have selectable color temperature and the driver box can just sit on top of the drywall on the ceiling.

Finally, LED tape lights above and below the cabinets. I have these in my kitchen and they've worked great for years.

Just because a garage looks nice and clean doesn't mean that work doesn't get done. Back in May I had to pull the diff to re-seal the side and rear covers so I pulled the whole rear cradle down. Not a really fun job but it's do-able by myself with a couple of floor jacks.
