I`ve been looking for a TIG for a couple of years, I don`t feel it`s right to continually be using a friends everytime I needed to do something
Finally the right priced one came to be, Lets just say, WELL under market value  , A simple spark gap adjustment and it welds fantastic.
I`m SO happy :bounce:
Now the consumables and filler buying starts...i`m actually going to have to do some work for someone else for a while to pay for the rest of the stuff :wtf:.

The one downside so far, The computer on my bench for the internet radio stations is NOT happy in the near vicinity of welding aluminum.
looks like a relocation project is on the horizion.

Just out of curiosity, Why ?
I have zero experience with any water cooled tig, every one i`ve ever used has been air and to tell the truth it wouldn`t have bothered me one bit for it to be air. in my opinion, one less thing to go wrong.

I love my Lincoln Tig, just make sure you have the anit-freeze in the cooler that is made for it. I use a miller at work and the lincoln is more forgiving to the beginner, which I am. It is a lifelong goal to be really good with it!

Good purchase. Practice on it in lots of applications & you'll get good in a hurry.Products like the water cooler & antifreeze seem to be Lincoln proprietary so stick with that. If your like me, I worked nearly 5 years in a shop w/ air cooled torches then I got my personal unit w/ water cooler and it would be hard to go back.
