cool set. I just got my snap on cantilever box from my parents house. I forgot about it when I moved out and it had been sitting there for 15 years.

Did you have to buy them from your Uncle or were they a pre-inheritance gift? :)

I was helping him move into his new house. He gave them to me. He also had a set of Harley Snap On Screwdrivers new as well. I took these since I liked the color.

I have a set of these in my "Show Box" In the den in my house. I can't remember exactly when I bought them but I have a good many things from Snap-On and Mac in the box. I took mine out of the box (mistake on collectibles) but I use them in the house on occasion. I'd keep them nice but to me a tool unused is like a gun unfired. You are just saving it for the next guy after you die. I started my collection with a 50th anniversary Snap-On belt Buckle given to me by a Snap-On man back in the early 70's. It is made of Silver/Bronze and is the pride of my collection because I have never seen another like it. I wear it on occasion.

This would make a nice start to a collection.

That is definitely a cool set. I've never seen the Bel Air screwdriver set before. I personally would save them for future sale or passing to a son who liked Snap oN.

The Bel Air box is one of the few SO boxes that retain some value and I would expect the screwdrivers to be desirable also.

Thanks for the pic.
