We started early and got done early @ work today, I got off about 2 o'clock and figured traffic wouldn't be bad around the mall. I had a few CM tools to warranty with me so I dropped by Sears. I exchanged the tools and figured I look at the current sale items. They had just put out all the stuff for the holidays I guess, when I came across two displays of screwdrivers side by side. The right one was a thirteen piece set for about 15 bucks according to the little red and white price sign. On the left was a 23 piece set labled 7.99!!
I called the clerk over and showed her and told her I wanted one. She scans the bar code and it reads like $ 32 bucks! I know ya'll will call BS so here are the photos........

You can get screwdrivers at harbor freight for less, they're like the exact same thing.

Oh wait, that's pretty cheap.... Lol

I'll give you $10 for them?

I use those screw drivers all the time. Honestly I don't know what people's issue with them are. I also use the black hard handled Williams screwdrivers and the Craftsman work just as well.

Still don't understand this smell that everyone talks about. I have Craftsman drivers from my grandfather, father, and ones i've bought myself and haven't ever noticed a smell. Not that i'm putting them right under my nose either, but you'd think they would smell from a mile away the way people on here talk about it.

Never knew the smell was a common issue until now! Mine are decades old and have smelled as long as I can remember.

I DO try, however, to avoid at all costs smelling bags of rotten a******s!!!! Lol

It smells like puke...really. I got rid of a kennedy toolbox because I thought that was it. 15 years later my Craftsman is starting to reak, can smell it as soon as the drawer opens:puke: Oh yeah....you ****

We have some old toolkits at work, all computer stuff so specialty drivers, screwdrivers, tweezers and other ****. Man, those kits smell so bad we have to take them out in the hall before you can open them. No Craftsman tools, either =) None of my craftsman screwdrivers have ever smelled like that.
