Looks like an awesome space, plenty big enough! Looks like you do ok with your woodwork too.

I want to get some wood like you have used here, any idea how much it costs / best place to buy it, Champions? http://i346.photobucket.com/albums/p413/rossmcleod/IMGP1490.jpg

Keep us update on how you get on. If you need inspiration look at a few of the threads in garage gallery and you'll soon get ideas of how to spend money / time making your garage even more awesome / useful. Plenty of people running electricity to tons of sockets, air lines round the workshop etc. Generally it's all about tidy storage and coming up with a nice colour scheme.

This view shows you a few of the really popular garages

Nice Job you did there! The white really brightens it up, like the black between the cabinets too.
Love the feel of wood heat, and I totally understand the Punching bag too!

Love this thread, some really nice touches around the workspace.
Reminds me, I need to build a tyre rack.
Love the punchbag.

at least there in the garage and not behind the front door

LOL, Crack me up!

Great looking space you got there. Love the brick walls - really adds character!

I love that you can see at least 2 fire extinguishers in there! But I'm not sure I'd keep one right beside the wood stove where it could be unreachable if that's where the fire starts. Good on ya for thinking safety first!

The thing with wood stoves is you can get careless and if you don't remember to keep stuff far enough away, look out!

Keep the posts coming!

Thats a great garage you've got there mate:thumbup:

I spent a week in Renfrew last September visiting family and I cannot believe how few garages you actually see. With the weather you get it must be hard to keep a car reasonable let alone do some work around the house. You must have some seriously envious neighbors fella:bowdown:

The only suggestion I'd make is get some large hooks up on the masonry wall to store those ladders horizontally up out the way.

Cheers
