.... is to a Bigger Garage
We have been looking at property and houses for years and have just now gotten an opportunity that we couldn't pass up. My wife has 2 horses and I have always needed a bigger garage/shop so we found a place that's a little closer to work. It was a foreclosure that had been vacant for a few years (on the market for 1 year), was in a great location, has 6 acres and needed a little TLC. So I bring you Scoutman's Detached 3 'car' makeover. New thread coming soon.
Quick stats, ~32' wide x 23' deep, covered back porch, (3) 8x9' doors, ~900 sqft 80% finished space upstairs, 100A service.
I can't wait to get the layout pinned down, some paint on the walls and start moving in.
