Scratch and Dent Heaters

Hello,

For those of you who have bought scratch and dent units in the past, did they come complete and ready to install, or were they missing parts that had to be ordered (or done with out)?

I have been looking here for units but they are all missing louvers and springs.

No clue where to order replacement louvers and springs, or if they are even available.

Any other sites that have better selections and or deals on these scratch and dent units?

The louvers could probably be replicated pretty easily with some sheet metal and a brake. The springs go on the end and provide a little tension for when the louver is installed.
I bought new, but if that's all that is missing and the heater functions normally I would be inclined to try one out.

If the mfg warranty still covers the unit, I'd not hesitate to grab the one with only 2 louvers missing and make a couple of replacements using the one as a pattern.
