Company is run by a scumbag Frank Ramirez. Called this company as their website said they had limited availability of the tires I was looking for. The rep I spoke to said they had 4 available and to place my order ASAP. Did just that. A week went by with no shipping. Frank reached out said the tires were out of stock. He could sell me a low grade tire for a much higher price than I paid for the first 4. Said he would keep my order open. Weeks went by and they changed the part number on the exact item I purchased weeks earlier. Emailed again to point out the discrepancy and was told my order was cancelled and the tires were no longer available. I’ve watched them go from out of stock to limited availability to now Available with the new part number. Guy refuses to refund my money or fulfill my order. screw performance plus tire.
