I'm in the process of setting up my new toolbox. Nothing goes in until it has a permanent home. I needed a bit holder to finish off my screwdriver drawer, but I couldn't find anything that really suited my needs, so I made my own.
It started as a piece of 3/4"X0.065" Aluminum square tube. I laid out the bit locations, drilled the holes (with the Craftsman 150 I just picked up for $100
), deburred, hit it with scotchbrite, added some magnetic tape on the inside, and made a place for it all in the drawer.
