Would anyone know who made this screwdriver? The rubber grip says Made in USA

Sorry, when I posted question, I tried to "attach files" and downloaded a picture. Showed it loading to 100%. Then I tried to insert image, and it showed picture and then said "oops something went wrong" Sorry I'm getting old, I wanted buy one for my son in law.

I like the the Tekton screwdrivers that I think are Made in the USA. I suspect (wild guess based on looks alone) that they may be the same manufacturer as the blue handled Channel Lock branded screwdrivers, but that is just a guess.

Are the interchangeable bits 1/4" or 5/16"?
I have a similar looking red handled one (sans the rubber grip) made by Enderes Tools, it has 5/16" hex bits. Perhaps a name beneath rubber sleeved handle.
