Looking for a rotory hammer drill, but haven't seen anything that lets me know if I can use standard drill bits in it too. Yes/no?

Do you mean regular (non SDS) masonry bits, or regular bits meant for wood/plastic/metal?

You can use standard masonry bits only with a chuck adapter meant to convert SDS chuck to a standard chuck. I believe HD sells the Bosch version of this. With this adapter you can use HSS bits in "drill only" mode, non hammer masonry bits in "drill only" mode, or non-SDS hammer drill bits in "hammer" mode. I'm not sure if I helped any here.
