My guess is that it is ball bearing, and yes that seems like a very good price. It is not a very large box though. Probably 36" w X 19" D

it's on the east side, so from las cruces add maybe 20-30 mins.
BTW billymade I was at your Sears (mesilla valley) sometime in the evening and I saw a cute petite girl working in the tool section. Just checkiing to see if you knew her. lol
She looked like a 6 or 7, but I overheard her helping some guy and it sounded like she knew what she was talking about, so that bumps her up to an 8.

So, anyone know what model # this thing is? 19" might be a little shallow, 80s-90s vintage? I guess, greater depth is one of the main benefits on the newer boxes...

They have been moving people around, firing old timers and hiring new people.... typical sears (they clean house many times around this time of year, lately cutting costs seems to be a big emphases) and the economy isn't helping either!

Bchee or Billy did either of you go look at it? I wanted/want to but don't have time until Thursday afternoon. I have two boxes already both snap on but this looking like a good deal and you all are making me a toolaholic.

No, I haven't; I'm thinking it is probably too small for my needs.... looks really nice though! I am also thinking that a "work station" style with a top I can work on top of; would be the best solution for me...

The dimensions:
"Top box is 18" tall, 18" deep and 23" wide. There are five 24" drawers and 7 small ones on the side
Bottom box: same width and depth with 38" from the ground up. Overall, both boxes stand 57"
There are dividers in some of the drawers."
Too small for me, but I'm sure someone can use it.

I actually don't have any plans to go look at it. I don't have room for it anyway, even though it's pretty small. I thought it was a good deal cause it looks bigger in the picts, so I was surprised to hear it's only 23" wide. I guess the deal is not as good as I thought it was.
