Seal concrete before Racedeck?

I had planned on doing epoxy floors, but then I came across some used Racedeck for a song and figured I'd try it out. I'm concerned about moisture as I live in an area with snowy winters and I do a lot of automotive work so there will inevitably be some spilled fluids at somepoint. I also have a hose bib in the garage and have become accustomed to just hosing off the floor.

Is any of this a problem with Racedeck?

Should I do a cheap sealer before installation?

If I put down a sealer and decide I don't like the Racedeck, does it compromise epoxy installation down the road (would grind anyway)?

Anyone tried the gardening fabric underneath to cut down on the clack-clack noise when walking on Racedeck?

If you will go with epoxy later, use a product like our HD6600MMA. Waterproofing sealer that can easily be ground off for a more high performance product later.

Hi, we have a new product called Spray Floor sealer you just spray on with a garden sprayer for about 20 cents per sq foot, that should do the trick. No prep needed for bare concrete.

Thanks!
