seal expansion joints & cement crack question

OK, 1st off, anyone filled their expansion joints? I have lots of stuff on wheels and noticed a few chipped edges on the joints. Will sealing it prevent this?

Also, the 3' approach to my pole barn has some hair line cracks........is there a sealer I can put on it to keep water for causing more problems?

OK, I still haven't taken care of the cracks in front of the garage door and want to do it before winter. Any of the products at HD/Lowes that will work good?
