I noticed one of my seals when lift was raised in the air was partialy out. I started loosening cap and then thought maybe I should see what components are directly behind it.
Does anyone have a diagram, or know if I finish loosening it to push seal back in, if anything else is destined to drop out. I would imagine I will need to order new part from BendPak, but would like to put it in for now. It is not leaking as of now and would like to keep it that way!

My BP is 2 years old and showing signs of cylinder to gland nut leakage. It's been up and down maybe 50 times. Not sure what I'm going to do.

I do not think a little seepage is a bad thing as long it is not excessive.

Guys, Any seepage is not good. Its a cylinder under pressure and is a equalized with the other side. Find a local haydraulics or equipment repair facility and get it fixed.

Not a problem on mine, although that is why my dust seal rolled out. I do not use mine for a business, so some times it does not get cycled up and down enough to keep seal lubricated. Perfectly dry is not a good thing either, but if leaving a pool everytime it is used is definately a problem.

Called BendPak, they suggested since it was not ripped to raise lift to a locked position, drop oil so cylinder comes down and unhook line, shove cylinder up propping rod up, unscrew cap, try to put seal back in and reverse procedure.
