It was finished with a power trowel, I'm not sure if anything was put on it by the contractor. I will ask next time I am out at the house.
Main use will be auto repair and fabrication.

I would look at Ghostshield 8505, possibly TLPPC IF the floor absorbs water and you rough up the surface a little. Legacy has their HD40 system, but I will let them speak to if it will work in this application.
