Sealer / coating for new concrete floor

Hey all I am building a new garage in a couple months and want to coat the floor. I am not sure what products are best used with new concrete.

The floor will not see harsh abuse. The main reason for coating it will be for ease of cleaning, occasional spills, saw dust etc.

This is a common question, need more information from you. What level of surface preparation are you willing to do? What color do you want? How do you want it to look? Require slip resistance? UV Resistance? Square footage? Budget?

Really looking do avoid grinding, custom flake on a light gray would be ideal but not required. A low gloss non slip finish. About 650 SF but the budget is tight but I’d like to be around $1k or less.
