Sealer for concrete driveway sealer

Our house was built in 2005 and we never sealed the driveway. I've pressure washed it a few times, but never really gave any thought to sealing it afterwards. The time has come to clean it up again and this time I'd like to put some sealer down to help it stay clean. I'll be cleaning it with a pressure washer with a surface cleaner head. The driveway is concrete and in fairly good condition. It has a few long thin cracks that I've put some crack sealer in. I don't have any oil drippers fortunately. It's basically protection from general grime and dirt from washing the vehicles. The weather is cooler and drier here in Houston for a bit, so I'd like to take advantage of it before the heat and humidity return. I am looking for something easier to apply and doesn't require us to park on the street for too long for it to dry.

Any thoughts, questions or recommendations?

Curious what others have to say on this, north Houston here.

I'm always hearing that wet and forget helps to keep mold away on driveways, roofs & fences. I used something like this years ago on a roof but I believe it was yellow, not blue like wet and forget.

Look at ghostshield products. The vendors here can recommend which one of the group would work.
But make sure what you apply is uv proof / resistant.

PS102 by Concrete Sealers USA is a great product for driveways and walkways. It's a siliconate sealer designed for the more porous and rougher type of finish that driveways and walkways tend to have. We discuss how siliconate sealers work in the article below and include a link to where to find PS102.

Pressure washing can start to take thin layers of concrete off. Just use Wet & Forget. It’s awesome and prevents it from getting dirty.

This is a good testament to wet & forget, what's your process for applying? Anything different from the label?

Not really any different than the label. But if you want it to work faster you can do a second application within a few weeks after the first and that will really speed up the time for it to clean the surface. I prefer wet & forget because pressure washers and other methods can scrub the concrete too hard which can bring the stones to the surface.
