They did not put a sealer on the slab so its been sitting for 45+ days and the tree that branches above has turned it brown I cleaned it with deep purple and pressure washer today it is still brown.
My question is do I have to do anything to it to either seal it epoxy it or just paint it don't know which way to go lol.
Any tips on what to do would be great.

I know that if you're not very familiar with the different coatings and sealers it sounds like a simple enough question, but it's not. Cost is always relative too.

I suggest you spend a little bit of time with the search feature here or look through the previous pages to get a little more insight. You should get a better idea that way of what you may want. Then it's easier for the vendors here to help you out with product and cost estimates.

I have taken one of our garage floor sealers posts and created a before and after image as well as three seperate slide shows showing each stage: Garage Floor Sealers

This chart is helpful for determining what type of sealer you would like

Ok here I go, etching has been done, I am going to put Sherwin Williams Topcoat solvent based on it. Grey in color. I will try to take pics of the whole thing.
Has anyone else used this??
