Greetings to all! I installed a new VCT Armstrong floor in my garage a couple of days ago and the only thing I was told to use on it afterwards was ARMSTRONG EXCELON S-403 POLISH. This was what the fella gave me when I bought all the materials at HomeDepot. Is 5 coats of this going to be okay (atleast for now)? I have a car and motorcycle to park on it, the car doesnt get moved but a couple of times a month and I keep the garage emaculent. Did I need to put a sealer down first? P.S. I'm new on this forum, i'll post my pics in a couple of days after I get it all back together. It look's GREAT!!

Congrats, you definately need to post up some pics!

I would consider placing scraps of thin plywood or something similar, for where your tire contact patches are when parking, otherwise, you can expect some amount of brown staining of the tiles to occur, eventually.

If you have a local janitorial supply company they will be able to supply you with the best products to use. 5 coats is usually the norm for waxing.
