I am currently working on insulating my pole barn, I'll insulate the sliding door with 1.5" foam between the horizontal 2x4's. Any suggestions on a good way to seal the door in the closed position? I figure I can put some weatherstrip like material along the side uprights but getting a good seal along the top and the bottom may be more of a challenge. Any suggestions?

How often do you use that door? I recently saw a door like yours that had a 2x6 build out on the sides and top interior frame. There was a heavy duty roll up material (think burlap but stronger and non porus) that rolled from the top down and had a weighted rigid bottom frame going across. It slid up and down a channel embedded in the 2x6.
It was gusting around 40mph that day and not a draft to be felt.

Have you seen the garage door trims that HD lowes sell? Its a 2inx1/2 piece of plastic trim with a rubber flap on one side.
