Sealing between slab and grade board/posts

I am starting to think about blocking out pests from coming into my pole barn. I already put some steel wool in the bigger openings I found. Any recommendations to seal between the slab and the grade board? Would Sikaflex be a good option here?

Can I just say if you are going to weld or heat things in your garage wire wool is a perfect fire starter
one spark on it and the lot will go up in flames

Not a workshop at all, this is more of a mancave. Have a separate building to do "dirty" work. Also, this will be properly finished including insulation and metal panels.

i didn’t know it was a man cave then sikaflex will fill holes
