Hi All...I have a 15 year old garage floor that is in very good shape. The prior owner had "sealed" with some type of clear sealer. I have lived here 10 years and have not done anything except keep it clean.
The seal coat is almost not noticeable...and I would like to do something to both keep the floor in good shape...keep easy to clean...and maybe make it look better. The floor is quiet smooth but does show some stains. Has one or two very thin "hairline" cracks that I would like to get sealed/coated to prevent any further cracking.
Without creating toooooo large a project...what are my reasonable choices...from just a big box "sealer" to ?????
I have seen some of the very nice project doen here...what are the "basic" choices.
BTW...Minnesota here...snow and salt in the winter.
Thanks...Tom R
