Sealing half garage at a time

I am going to be installing racedeck free-flow tiles in my garage but before I do I want to seal the concrete underneath for liquids that get through, IE potentially oil that would hopefully be wiped up quickly, washing cars, salty snow, etc. Only issue I have is a lot of things in the garage that I don't want exposed outside. I could rent a POD but prefer to just move the items if possible. In essence could I just move all of the stuff to the right 1/3 of the garage and densify the left half, wait 24 hours and move items over to the left and densify the right side. Then I would wait 7 days and seal the right half, wait a day and move stuff to the right and seal the left half or would this cause any issues? My understanding is this is absorbed into the concrete so I have to be careful to not over-apply where I overlap but other than that this seems like it would work.

For information I am using Ghost Shield 4500 densifier and 8510 sealer. Is this a common practice or should I just pony up and deal with moving things to a POD?

There is no need to rent a pod. What you want to do will work just fine.

Agree with above, feel free do densify/seal as you planned. No pod needed.
