Sealing new concrete

Hey guy, would like to get some advice on some concrete sealers for my new house build. I will have 1600sqft of garage floor to seal and about 2500sqft of outside concrete to seal also.

The garage was power troweled and is pretty smooth and the rest of the outside concrete is a ruff finish.

Heres what I would like for both garage and outside:
Low maintenance
Last a long time
Doesn't sun fade
Repels water and oil and is good with salt.
I wash my cars weekly inside so needs to withstand that too
Clear finish
Garage is used for woodworking and hobby shop for my cars.

I don't mind a gloss for the garage but also it doesn't have to be either.

Thanks in advance

Pressure wash would be appropriate.

If you want the glossy sheen go with the HD6600mma stand alone. There is no benefit to using both.

For outside, use either TL39 for basic densifier and sealer/waterproofer or if oil is a major concern use TL37 and 8505.

Inside is a world of options. I would look towards a product Like Rust Bullet or a good high solids epoxy. Happy to help with either. If you are leaning towards an acrylic sealer, there are some concerns I would want to discuss with you to see if it is a good fit.

Before you seal anything outside, I'd make sure there wasn't a curing sealant applied by the concrete crew. If it's still there, and relatively new, I doubt any of the options either of these two offer will re-emulsify the existing curing sealant, so there really will be minimal "penetrating" to be done by their sealers...........

To seal my garage with it would it need to do anything special before putting it applying it?

Also could I apply hd6600 or hd6525 on top of the Silax-seal if I wanted to for a glossier finish?

If water penetrates easily then a good cleaning is all you need.

Fill your joints post sealing.

Go for the HD6600 and no Silax-Seal.

There wasn't any curing sealant used. I asked them not to use it so I could do pretty much anything I wanted to.

Ok thanks....I believe I'm leaning towards hd6600 with a glossy look for my garage.
And for prep just washing or a light etching on the floor for the garage?
My question is how long will the hd6600 last with normal wear and tear on the floor?

Westray:
Life expectancy is directly tied to your maintenance and degree of traffic.
Low traffic and good maintenance you could go 5-6 years without a recoat.
High traffic and poor maintenance would be substantially less.

If you need to recoat it is very easy as these sealers melt into each other when the time comes.

If you want something that will last with low maintenance and high gloss, look to our Nohr-S Polyurea. 2-3 coats and you can throw a grenade at the floor, lol.

Thanks!! Not very many people know that term, how do know you know?

Have been playing with late-model mustangs for the last 30 years. Currently have a full nut & bolt project going on a street/auto-cross '93 "Fobra".
I see you've done suspension work, what else?

Thanks but I was hoping to top the 1000rwhp mark with it but I can't make enough boost without more fuel...lol

Nice build bud! That's a nice chassis you got there. I have read that fox body's are nice to build a good street/strip car. Always wanted to get one and start a build
