I have a old garage that’s more of a rec room
On my property. The concrete is maybe as old
As the building . 75+ years I’d say. I just had the
wiring fixed and now I’m cleaning out. I don’t want
to spend much money on the project. I was thinking
about doing a leveler? I’m now thinking I should
just clean it good and apply a sealer. My thought is
the leveler might just crack off and cause problems.
It’s a two car garage if that matters. We have a
new garage so this will not see much heavy traffic.

Flooring tiles? Depends on how big the space is. Seems like by the time you buy all the supplies and rent tools for the prep work etc, floor tiles seem competitive. I have a similar situation and am trying to figure the same out myself and considering floor tiles....

Tiles get expensive..
Another option, I can patch or level the bad crumbly areas and do maybe
a hell fire type paint? Would a leveler or a patch product adhere best?
This garage may just end up with a pool table and a lawn mower. The building is native
lumber(barn like). After it’s cleaned real good I plan to spray a good white primmer
on the walls and ceiling. Then work on floor last.
I do not expect a perfect anything when done.
