Sealing overhead door

Any good ideas or suggestions for sealing up the gaps on the side of overhead doors? I don't have big gaps but there is certainly some air getting in/out that would be good to stop. I don't often use the big door in the off season, but it would be ideal if there was something that was easyt o install and remove when I want to open it up.

Any DIY solutions out there?

Above - I used the Garage Door PVC Stop Mounding. I found 8' strips at Lowes. Can post a pic if youd like to see "in service".

Yes this is for the regular old garage door. It was just built last year, and it has a good quality insulated door so the usual stuff is there - exterior stops with vinyl flashing, large door bottom gasket, and it even has some sealing material between the sections. I am looking for something that might go on the inside along the sides of the door. I checked the website and didn't see anything like the solution I am looking for, and my local box stores don't carry anything like this, that's why I am thinking a home remedy is probably the way to go.

You should be able to adjust the rollers to the point where the door is a paper thickness away from rubbing.
The only downside I have is the rubber seal along the bottom rubs my “Dutch Door” upper corners and gives me some smudges.
I have learned to live with it.
