Sealing/Painting Fresh Workshop Floor (Australia)

Needing to paint or seal the workshop floor before i end up dragging everything into it. Its only a small side shop so it is hard to get any quotes this close to Christmas, and as such im pretty much going to have to DIY.

Down here in Aus we don't get the range that is available in the US, even at Home Depot, so its pretty limiting. The main ones we have are a Rust-o-leum product: Rock Solid; a local Crommelin sealer (https://www.bunnings.com.au/crommelin-4l-satin-diamondcoat-paving-and-concrete-sealer_p1560264) and a couple of paint products (White Knight UltraPave and Berger Jet Dry).

I note that Crommelin has a type of hybrid sealer and paint option that looks interesting too: https://www.bunnings.com.au/crommelin-4l-maxigrip-concrete-grey-floor-coating_p0075903 But it is hard to know what it is as it isn't listed on their website, only the suppliers.

My biggest question is how these will hold up to welding and grinding in one part of the room. Will it just be a hot mess after a few months, or will it be something that can be patched up after a while?

Recommendations of something that we can get down here?

Oh yeah, i forgot to update this. I ended up using EP200 Epoxy from Durable Concrete Coatings. Went down a treat and is super solid:

Here was my post on it:

First up was to acid etch the concrete:

Then the next day i started with the epoxy, a nice 70% thinned coat as a primecoat, brushed in the edges:

Roll out the rest:

Another coat went down 8hrs later:

And then a final coat 18hrs after that:

Its already light pedestrian trafficable and its pretty awesome. A few little bubbles from where drops of sweat fell on the epoxy, despite my best efforts, but thats not the end of the world. Plus the final roller ended up quite linty, despite rolling it over gaff a lot, plus i had to change it out at the end due because i slipped and accidentally rolled off the edge of the slab into the dirt/leaves.

That roller i just pulled off and left on a scrap piece of ply, where the epoxy load just settled down on the board. 24hrs later I went to remove it to chuck it in the bin and it was absolutely solid. This is after smashing it with a sledge hammer:

You can also see what 100% xylene does to latex gloves... its not pretty.
