The built-in forum searching tool is a useless piece of garbage.
To actually find anything copy and paste this into google:
site:garagejournal.com (insert your search terms here)
That will be a google search of only this site. So, if you wanted threads that talk about how much the search function *****, you could use this:
site:garagejournal.com search function
