Sears 4.5" horizontal bandsaw

I'm looking at purchasing one of these and I was wondering if you guys had any knowledge on them? How much would you pay? here's a picture from the auction:

It's a surplus property auction so I've got no other info other than the description and picture.

If its non-working I figure it would at least make a good restoration project.

If you watch Craigslist you will find this same band saw sold under every name you can think of for $50.00-$150.00. I had a Grizzly that was no difference than the Harbor freight model.If it doesn't work I wouldn't waste the money on it. The blade guide bearings wear out on these quite often. You can get these at any bearing supplier.
