Based on what i see from Google Images, that's an older, horizontal-aligned tank machine. A separate motor and pump assembly, rather than the newer integrated "oil-less" 1-piece models, so if it's in good shape, I'd say it's probably a "better" compressor.

I'd say ~$150-$200 seems fair.

That's a 120V unit, though, right? If so, it's not 3HP, despite what might be printed in big flashy letters on the tank.
