Sears BOGO on Gladiator Gearwall

I reported the error on Sears.com yesterday morning, and the BOGO is now working. Unfortunately, they raised the price from $55 to $65. Wish I had snagged more during the week Sears had the BOGO for $32.

I've used free SYWR points to build up a collection of hooks and accessories, so the total cost for my Gladiator system is probably a lot lower than what shoppers pay elsewhere.

The website is still glitchy for me. If I go to the Hot Deals page, it displays at $45.49. But when I click the detail link to go to the product page, it displays $54.99 instead. On top of that, it tells me to add a quantity of 2 to my cart to see the BOGO, but once I do that, both are added at the same price (not the second one at $0).

Ditto, showing $55, indicates BOGO, but at the end of checkout still 2x$55. Never shows the discount.

I tried pick up at store and shipping, same on both.

My wife spent 35 minutes with Sears online chat trying to get the Bogo. She gave up after they wanted her to pay full price, they will refund her after the fact and could not get her shop my way point applied. They wanted to offer her points after the sale and she wanted to apply her current points. I told her forget about it. She has more patience than me and she was super frustrated.

They admitted it was not working and still could not correct it. I tried to get her to put into the chat window "See Radio Shack, it's coming and this is part of the reason...."

Even when they are trying to help you to buy something it still fails.

When I was at sears on Saturday they had a sign up in the aisle for the deal. I've been looking online and finding the same errors as reported. I'm going to try and stop there before the deal ends to see if they have more.

When I went to pick up my online order of two sets of gearwall the in store price was still 45.49. I had them cancel my order and ended up getting four sets instead. The online price is a "hot deal" being a penny off ?? No problem getting the BOGO in store.

BOGO is working online again, but the price has also gone back up to $65... lol. I'm going to stop in-store today to hopefully get it at $45.
