Sears Craftsman 6 x 48 belt sander

Need to know where to find,or if some one makes these small oil caps on my belt sander I just refurbished.

Wonder how hard it would be to find something close, and then file in the slots.

Mine is an early Cman 103.08011 4 x36. I haven't put them on yet because I'd like to take it apart and clean out the bearings and oil reservoirs first. I just haven't gotten there yet.
